LIGHT HAS TAUGHT HUNDREDS of people to meditate since becoming a Vedic Meditation instructor in 2007. Prior to becoming a full-time teacher of meditation, Light was one of LA’s most popular hatha yoga instructors. He was born and raised in the Southern United States and spent much of his adult life in New York, Chicago, Europe and out West. He is based in Venice, CA where he regularly writes and vlogs about how to be happy and live stress-free in today’s modern world. Light is also dedicated to traveling and teaching Beginner Meditation Courses throughout the United States. He is currently working on his first book, to be published in the summer of 2010.
